The initiative is aimed at creating public control over the state of surface waters of water bodies and rivers (Monitoring of water bodies pollution) of the Belgorod Region.

The main objectives of the project:

-provision of public control over the state of surface waters of the Belgorod region;

- identification of places and sources of pollution of rivers and reservoirs of the region;

- collection, processing, storage and distribution of information about the state of surface waters of the Belgorod region.

The project provides for the presence of a mobile laboratory for the detection of pollution, the identification of pollution sources.
